"I had my surgery on February 6 with doctor Gunn.. he’s very nice and talked to me and my husband.. We went over what I was expecting and what size I was needing.. his bed side matters are on point he’s very generous, gentleman.. very kind and good looking lol… he told me with my size I wouldn’t want to go to big but go with what would be a good size for my body so i went with 400 cc that made me C cup and I’m glad I didn’t go any bigger my top still needs to stench out.. but over all I am so glad I didn’t go to any other surgeon.. if I send him a message he answers me in a timely matter… love hedden and Gunn.. I’ll be going back if I need anything else done that’s for sure and the nurses they are very helpful nice.. so if your looking for a change I hope you choose them for your make over.."

"After losing almost a hundred pounds, I was left with extremely loose, sagging skin, and after consulting with three plastic surgeons, I decided to go with Dr. Halka. He is exceptionally kind and patient with all my questions and concerns, and I am so happy I chose him as my surgeon. He did my brachioplasty (arm lift) and breast lift 7 weeks ago, and I am thrilled with my results. My scars look fantastic, and I honestly can’t believe how wonderfully everything is healing. I’ve had zero problems or complications. Dr. Halka will be performing my next two surgeries, a lower body lift and a thigh lift, in the coming months, and I have no worries about my care and comfort in his hands. When he looked at some keloid problems that I am having around my breast area, he was very honest with me about the different ways to treat my areas. A lot of people try to sell you more procedures to get your money, but Dr. Gunn seems very different."

"Dr. Hedden has been my surgeon now for a few years; very good doctor and has great bedside manners. I had a tummy tuck in 2019, I believe but recently just went in for arm lift March 2025, I didn’t get the desired results but he did a revision Dec 2025 with no problem and no hassle. Only downside was I hate the drains in which he knows that lol. I came to this review to brag on Maddie and Abby, they are SUCH SWEETHEARTS, two of the best nurses I must say. Maddie was sweet, she was very calming and accommodating, such a doll. Abby went above and beyond, I stated to get lightheaded at my post op and she made sure that I was good, she stayed with me until I felt good enough to move. They are hands down the sweetest, went the extra mile, I never felt more comfortable. The surgeons are definitely blessed to have them apart of the team, two complete assets. They have great energy, just two dolls."

"Wonderful Experience - I had the best experience at Hedden Gunn & Halka! Everything was so easy, very smooth process. I went for my consult and Dr Hedden explained everything to me, I tried on sizers even though I already had an idea of what I wanted but sizers def helped me decide what size I wanted. Dr Hedden answered all my questions I had about going otm vs utm and came armed with multiple photos to back up what he was telling me and answering. My pre op was straight forward, blood drawn and see the nurse. My surgery was so smooth, arrived at 630 and was in and out by 1030. The next day (on a Saturday) I seen Dr Hedden for day 1 post op and he was wonderful then too. Very thorough. Three week post op rolled around and he pulled my tape off my incisions and checked me out. I’m overall so satisfied with my surgery with Dr Hedden. He made it so smooth and personable. Will def see him again when I need a revision or implant exchange."

"Dr Hedden did my implants what seems like a lifetime ago.. almost 10 years now I think and I have never had 1 problem with them. Well I needed to do my breasts in 2 parts for best results and that was so true after researching. He performed a high and tight lift on me in February to prepare me for my implants for optimal results. May I was able to have the implants and they turned out great. He also performed a LBL TT with MR and fat transfer to buttock with the BA in May and he did such a great job leaving me with the best belly button and overall body. My husband admired his belly button work before I could see it. Dr. Gunn has a great bedside manner and makes you feel very comfortable. "Dr Hedden was my "Yes" when several other surgeons turned me down for a tummy tuck bc of a scar I was left with after an emergency open gallbladder removal. He thought outside the box and was so confident that a FDL Tummy tuck would not only give me the results I was looking for but would also lessen all the risks the other surgeons were so concerned about. "I have had three surgeries with Dr. Halka @ Hedden & Gunn. A lower body lift w/bbl in 03/2024 a breast lift w/ implants 07/2024 and an upper body lift 12/2024. "I feel like I am in the best shape of my life! - I first went to Dr. Fontana for Botox and fillers when she was at Mount Sinai Hospital in NYC. After being disappointed with other doctors, I knew I was lucky to have discovered Dr. Fontana; she always provided me with amazing results!By the time I decided to finally pull the trigger and have permanent procedures done, Dr. Fontana had moved on for a Fellowship, but it was a no-brainer that I needed to travel and follow her for my desired plastic surgeries. I knew I trusted the skills of Dr. Fontana more than any other doctor I have encountered, and I can 1000% affirm that I was right to! These were my first surgeries of any kind, so of course I was still initially nervous, but there is something about Dr. Fontana’s very caring demeanor that so easily puts me at ease, and I knew I was in good hands. Most importantly, I had seen Dr. Fontana’s work and it is clear that she is an extremely talented surgeon! My results somehow even exceeded my expectations!!!Okay, now for the details:I am 41 years old (40 years old at time of the surgeries), athletic (run marathons and do crossfit), but have some stubborn areas of my body that were only getting worse with age, even with diet and exercise. I have included several before and after pictures, with the after pictures being about 2.5 months post-op. I had always been unhappy with the excess fat below my chin and the increasingly excess tissue above my eyelids. I had also previously had Dr. Fontana do fillers to better define my cheekbones. To finally permanently address these areas I was unhappy with, Dr. Fontana performed liposuction under my chin, upper blepharoplasty, and fat grafting to my cheekbones. I feel like these three procedures took 10 years off my face! I did not experience any pain or discomfort from any of these procedures, and wearing the compression for a few weeks under my chin was not bad at all (I would literally forget I was wearing it sometimes!). Obviously, I am extremely happy with my results! I know I am holding my head higher as it has rejuvenated my self-confidence; I even cut my hair short to accentuate these features I previously tried to hide!My family genetics cause me to retain excess fat around my midsection, which again was only getting worse with age, despite diet and exercise. Since I have been doing crossfit since my late 20s, several years ago I was close to seeing some markings of defined abs, but they were fading under my expanding “love handles”. My self-esteem was also decreasing as I was no longer able to fit into more and more of the clothes I loved. Dr. Fontana addressed my specific concerns, and gave me back my positive body image, by performing liposuction on flanks and abdominal etching. Dr. Fontana’s work DRASTICALLY exceeded my expectations! It is crazy that now, at 41 years old, I feel like I am in the best shape of my life!!! I have never felt so confident in my body! "Amazing LBL with MR and Fat Transfer to Buttocks - After 4 babies and a weight loss of 80lbs, finally decided it was time to get rid of some skin. Went in thinking mommy makeover. He preformed an upper eyelid blepharoplasty and lower eyelid blepharoplasty, face lift, neck platysmaplasty, & rhinoplasty. I’d never had anything major done cosmetically. I was nervous. He put me at ease immediately. He is a perfectionist & that is what you want in a plastic surgeon. The first day I met Dr. Pasha Mostofi it was for Botox & a consult. He did my Botox injections I ask him about fillers for my face. He said you do not need them & I will never do anything that doesn’t enhance your appearance. I liked that he wasn’t trying to sell me on anything & he was honest. He then sit down next to me & brought out his iPad. He walked me through each of the procedures that I was wanting to have done. He showed me actual highlights of videos & pictures of his surgeries explaining what he would be doing to me to help achieve my goals. (Don’t worry he didn’t show the gory stuff). To have an understanding of the process was so very helpful. He wasn’t in a hurry either. He took his time. He answered all of my questions. Dr Pasha wasn’t trying to rush me so he could get out of the room with me to move on to the next patient. That meant a lot since most doctors visits are rushed these days. Fast forward to my surgery day. He came to see me before they took me back to the operating room. He ask if I had any questions. He put me at ease & it was GO TIME. The surgery went great!!! He even called me that night to check on me. Afterwards he gave me his cell number to text him with any concerns or questions that I may have before my follow up appointment. I did text him & he answered me within 15 minutes. Over the next couple of months as I heeled I text him a couple more times & he got back to me immediately. I couldn’t believe it. A doctor giving you his cell number & he text you back. I’ve never seen this in my lifetime. As the swelling & bruises started to heal I could tell a huge difference & now after 4 months I can see what a magnificent plastic surgeon Dr Pasha Mostofi truly is. My under eye bags & the hump in my nose are gone. I no longer have the sagging skin that made me look tired. My neck looks like it did 15 years ago. Family & friends that didn’t know I was having plastic surgery keep telling me how good they think I look. They ask me what am I doing to look so bright eyed & fresh faced. "Dr. Hedden and staff were amazing! Dr Hedden did a full breast revision fixing my botched breast lift/implant procedure I had from another doctor. The whole experience was wonderful. All the nurses were super friendly and helpful and made sure I was comfortable and relaxed. They brought me warm blankets while I was in the pre-op room! The anesthesiologists were super gentle and nice enough to numb my arm before the IV. Dr Hedden was very knowledgeable and did a great job at explaining what the best option was for my desired outcome. Surgery went great. We are from out of town so we stayed at a hotel nearby and went back the next morning for my post-op check up. There was a small issue with the placement of my implant combined with a fluid pocket. Dr Hedden tried to drain the fluid but it didn’t work. He was very kind and encouraging that I could wear compression for a few days and if it didn’t fix it to come back and he would fix it! I had the BLISS insurance so there was no additional cost at all. Even though the fluid pocket went down substantially, I still wanted him to fix it and make it absolutely perfect. He gave no pushback and got me right in for surgery the morning I came back. The second surgery was quick and I had the same great experience. Overall, the whole process was WONDERFUL. I nit pick them sometimes because my shape is off a little bit on one of them and they hang a little more than I’d like but that would require a lift and it’s so small and honestly I feel like they look more natural anyway so I’ll wait a while before I consider a lift and increasing the size. I wish I’d have gone with 800cc because boob greed is a real thing lol but I’m glad I got the 600 because bras are hard to find in a 38E lol but compared to what I started with I’d say I have a 95% improvement and I love the way all my clothes fit now! My scars have healed nicely and are barely even visible and can’t even be seen at all when I’m standing up. I still have some numbness but I’m a type 1 diabetic so I assume mine just take longer to fully heal but I have enough sensation back that I’m not too worried about it. Dr. Hedden did an amazing job and I’m happy I listened to everything he suggested. When I started this journey I was so afraid because what if I spent all this money and it didn’t turn out good. Almost a year out and I’m 1000% so happy that I did it and that I chose Dr. Hedden to do them! I’ve met three other women who had their augmentations with Dr. Hedden as well which is exactly how many women I’ve met that have had an augmentation since my surgery lol! "Easy recovery and very satisfied with my results - Dr Hedden did a fantastic job in June of 2022 I had a plus size tummy tuck with lipo to flanks and upper abdomen as well as a breast augmentation. I had tuberous breast deformity and was scheduled to also have a lift at time of the original surgery. There is always a risk that they cannot complete the lift due to something I can’t recall. But I had 450 cc saline implants put in and my breast looked pretty awful due to my deformation. He released the bands and they settled in and turned out we could get away with not doing a lift but since they had stretched I could then do a swap to silicone and opted for 750 cc which look extremely natural. Having two surgeries to get them where I wanted was understandable and worth it. My recovery was easy just follow all instructions. I am very satisfied with my results."

Dr. Hedden is very upfront and clear about expectations and potential concerns. He does not sugar coat anything and I appreciate that about him. He was still honest and said if I continue to have this issue due to the way my chest plate sits I may have to switch to silicone, it’s been 4 months since my second surgery.
