How Is a Brazilian Butt Lift Performed?
Brazilian butt lift surgery is performed with general anesthesia and takes about 2 – 3 hours, depending on how much fat is being removed and transferred. There are two main steps to the Brazilian butt lift.
Liposuction: Liposuction is performed to extract fat from specific areas of the body, including the thighs, abdomen, and lower back. A cannula (a thin hollow tube) is inserted into tiny incisions and used to loosen the fat, which is then vacuumed out with a surgical vacuum.
