A female patient underwent a series of procedures at William J. Hedden, M.D.'s practice in Birmingham, AL, in May 2026. She presented 10 years after her original breast augmentation seeking a more balanced, youthful breast shape. Her goals included repositioning her implants more medially to improve cleavage, correcting implant pocket stretching with capsulorrhaphy, and lifting the breasts for a more elevated appearance. She also elected to exchange her implants for silicone implants to achieve a softer, more natural feel.
