QWO applied to fibrous band — Collagenase clostridium histolyticum-aaes, or QWO, is a mixture of two naturally occurring collagenase enzymes, AUX-I and AUX-II, that is injected into the skin under the dimple.

Enzymes working within fibrous band — These enzymes target Type 1 and Type 3 collagen found in fibrous bands and work together to break down the buildup of collagen that causes cellulite.
