I brought my mother in to see Dr. Schaffer about eyelid surgery. You were so kind and patient with my mother and me that I had to write to tell you how much I appreciated what you did.

As my mother ages, I must accompany her to more and more of her appointments. Of all the many medical persons with whom we come in contact, you, by far, have been the nicest. Both of us commented several times during the day on how kind you were. Your treatment of us made us feel great the whole day. You are a very special person and I pray God will bless you always, especially for your goodness towards the elderly.
